Identify your leadership style and polish your skills

You will begin by determining your current leadership style and then work on adding or polishing skills that will improve your effectiveness as a team leader. Ensuring team meeting objectives are met, increasing participation and gaining consensus within the team are just a few of the additional skills that we will explore.

“Real world” leadership activities

Take heart — this will not be a passive course. The workshop consists of activities designed to have “real world” application to the work you are currently doing and will not include hours of slides filled with facilitation theories. Please come ready with your thoughts, ideas and challenges and the courage to participate in the discussion.
